  I had one appointment here. The office was very busy and I didn’t get seen until 45 minutes after my appointment time, which caused me a lot of stress; it was very chaotic and loud and there were a lot of people in the office. It would be nice if they had accommodations for people who need them, such as a quiet place to wait. I would have waited in my car if I knew it would take so long. It would be nice if they would only schedule one person at a time so that it’s not as stressful for the patients; there were at least two people scheduled at my appointed time. I would not say I was satisfied with the office, or the process of going here in general, but I’m not sure if it’s always like that. I did ask to book my next appointment at a time when it wasn’t so busy, but they basically said it was always busy. On the other hand, the doctor, Nathan Bates, is amazing. He is extremely personable and knows how to make you feel comfortable, so I will continue to go here because of him. I actually wish I had an issue with my glasses so I could go back and see him, and not have to wait a year. Nathan is flawless, 10/10, no notes. Ily Nathan.

  Great service all around from the moment you walk into the door, then meeting with your doctor and all the way to getting all the help you need to find and purchase the perfect pair of glasses.

  I was so lucky to have this place as my eye doctor and all the helpers everyone is just wonderful so helpful and just very genuine and it’s so beautiful when people are kind and nice and they are all of that and I could not believe I got my glasses in four days they called me. Can you believe that they make them right on site ☺️ That is unbelievable hats off to this office for all their great energy and making me feel so welcomed thank you again. 🌻🌻🌻

  FYI for those needing easy handicap access- On the website, it states handicap accessible. The handicap ramp is in front of the pet store next door, so you still need to walk a bit. The entrance door is not handicap accessible as it’s difficult to open if you’re on a walker. The website does state there is no handicap accessible bathroom which is totally true. The first door is very heavy and the bathroom door is as well. Amanda was our technician for new glasses and she was very pleasant and competent. Clearly that is the priority in this store.
