  Pleasant people but ridiculous, watched them deny a woman who was 10mins late, while my appointment was almost 30mins ago. You claim to be so busy yet 3 ladies are just at the desk.

  I had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision! Dr. Kate Marmelo was professional, knowledgeable, and caring, taking the time to make sure everything was explained clearly. Youlanda was also very helpful, friendly, and welcoming, making the entire experience pleasant and comfortable. The staff was courteous, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the kindness everyone showed me. It’s great to find a team that genuinely cares about its patients and makes you feel valued. Thank you to Dr. Kate Marmelo, Youlanda, and the entire staff for providing such outstanding service. I highly recommend Pearle Vision to anyone looking for quality eye care and a friendly, professional team!

  I had an eye exam this morning and walked out very unhappy... The exam was fine, doctor was great!!! When I was finished with exam, I got a new script and was "planning" on getting a new pair of glasses there...I looked at all the glasses, I was waiting to see if anyone would approach me to ask if I needed help...at least a half an hour went by, I finally asked the woman that looked "busy" at the table near all the demo glasses, if I could ask some questions...I picked out 2 pairs that I liked, but was told that I was not able to buy them, as I think she said they were for union workers or something like that....(?)So, I asked if there were any affordable frames and she pointed to the wall with some of the affordable frames...(Not once did she ask if I needed any help) I looked at the frames that were cheaper, but did not see anything I liked...I walked towards the door and she said, Have a good day!!! Wow!!! I felt VERY disappointed!!! It was not busy in there and I felt being a customer, she could of been a bit professional and ask me what I was looking for. I bought my glasses that I have now 2 years ago at this same place and the lady there was SO nice and VERY helpful!!! I bought a nice pair that I was very happy with!!! I have eye med insurance and was looking to buy a pair today!!! I was looking for help and pretty much a pair that was affordable, but with help, to get a nice pair of glasses!!! I do spend money on the lenses itself, but not buying frames for over $400....Was it because I was asking for affordable and she didn't want be bothered or just that she just didn't want to help me at all? It just made me feel VERY awkward!!! So, now I have to look elsewhere, as I need an upgrade on my script!!! The glasses I have now, I have had many compliments and always told people I got them at your place, but my feelings have changed after today!!! Very disappointed!!!!

  I had one appointment here. The office was very busy and I didn’t get seen until 45 minutes after my appointment time, which caused me a lot of stress; it was very chaotic and loud and there were a lot of people in the office. It would be nice if they had accommodations for people who need them, such as a quiet place to wait. I would have waited in my car if I knew it would take so long. It would be nice if they would only schedule one person at a time so that it’s not as stressful for the patients; there were at least two people scheduled at my appointed time. I would not say I was satisfied with the office, or the process of going here in general, but I’m not sure if it’s always like that. I did ask to book my next appointment at a time when it wasn’t so busy, but they basically said it was always busy. On the other hand, the doctor, Nathan Bates, is amazing. He is extremely personable and knows how to make you feel comfortable, so I will continue to go here because of him. I actually wish I had an issue with my glasses so I could go back and see him, and not have to wait a year. Nathan is flawless, 10/10, no notes. Ily Nathan.

  Great service all around from the moment you walk into the door, then meeting with your doctor and all the way to getting all the help you need to find and purchase the perfect pair of glasses.
