- MMMollyJun 19, 20265.0Dr Marmelo always puts her best foot forward with me. Having issues with dry eye since my mid twenties and a history of inflammation without a diagnosis, she was very adamant about me finding out the cause. Most Drs do not care (for lack of a better word and quite on target). I will follow her advice and seek treatment with a Rheumatologist in Boston to hopefully get a more definite diagnosis. Thank you for taking the extra time that you did. A caring physician is very meaningful to me.
