- NYNergis YavuzJun 17, 20261.0I was only 5 minutes late for my 8:00 class, and I was not allowed to enter. The door was locked, and there was no other staff member available inside to help. I traveled for an hour to get here, and I was delayed because I couldn’t find parking. Since it was my first day, I was very excited and looking forward to the class. I am very disappointed with this experience and feel that the money I paid was wasted. Therefore, I would like to request a refund.

I've taken Pure Barre at locations in Dallas and done independent barre classes in other places, and I was hoping to have the usual "I can't use stairs" the next day experience, but I didn't.
