  I attended my first class here today and unfortunately did not feel welcomed. During check-in, the front desk staff laughed in a way that made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable right after asking where facilities/equipment were. I tried to continue with the class, but ended up leaving early because I felt so out of place. As a first-time student, it was really discouraging.

  Good class, but the studio definitely needs an upgrade, a good cleaning and maybe different management. Garbage was overflowing in the locker room, paint is peeling/chipped, mouse traps are visible in the locker room, lobby rug is rundown. The teacher was great. The location was not.

  Garbage. Absolute garbage customer service. Impossible to reach anyone by phone, no clear directions or parking instructions, zero signage, and staff with an attitude toward new customers. Cancelled my reservation and walked out.

  During the Fusion hot yoga class (90-95 deg F), the door was opened before the class ended, and cold air came in. Since our bodies were very warm and sweating, the sudden temperature change felt uncomfortable , potentially causing sickness. At the time, the teacher put a towel on her shoulder. I would appreciate it if the door could remain closed until the class is finished, or give the class a notice. Thank you very much for your understanding!

  I took Cristina’s class this past Sunday at 8:30 and it was great! She did excellent and I loved her playlist
