I feel bad for giving 1 star because I really enjoyed working with few trainers BUT the service is terrible!! There is no way to get in touch with them. I’ve lost 4 credits because of them and they don’t reply to either emails or phone calls. There is no way to reach out and as a result I can’t book a class. TERRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE!!

This studio has been a godsend in my life, and my overall wellness has increased tremendously since I started taking classes four months ago. The classes are well-paced, and the instructors are truly invested and genuinely care about their clients. In particular, Faith, Melanie, and Lucy offer thoughtful, constructive feedback during class, helping clients improve their technique and maximize the effectiveness of each session. I feel energized after every class, and I am so glad I found this studio!

I love taking classes at Club Pilates in Newton! The studio is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Melanie is an amazing instructor, very attentive, encouraging, and great at explaining each move. Her classes are challenging but always enjoyable. I feel stronger and more energized after every session! Highly recommend.

Having moved a lot for work, I have now been a member of two other Club Pilates studios and absolutely loved my experience. However, I was so incredibly disappointed by the Club Pilates location in Newton Center. The instructors are cold, unfriendly, and simply uninterested in their members. There is a complete lack of side mirrors, so you are never able to visually check your form. This is different from every other location I’ve attended and really hinders learning. I also found that the instruction was quite poor, with an emphasis on legs only and not the whole body. I never felt that my back, core, or arms had a real chance to move or strengthen. The descriptions of the movements were not educational and extremely elementary, and I worried other students were likely getting injured from poor quality instruction. Finally, parking is of course a disaster given the location and the limited times available for 1.5 classes, which are often offered only at peak traffic times.
