  Great visit. Got a lot done in an hour. Hearing test, got an warrranty repaired hearing aid, updated both sets of hearing aids with hearing test results, and got a major software update for one set of hearing aids. And all this was done smoothly and efficiently. Couldn’t have been better.

  I just went to Audio Nova Wells ave and met with Julie Vargus. I have gone to Audio Nova many times and each time had a very kind representative. Julie was difficult from the start. I arrived early, there was nobody in the office and she kept me waiting 15 minutes. She then asked if I was there for hearing aides. I made it clear that I wanted to check my hearing first and then see if it made sense to get hearing aides. It was insulting the way she asked me if I was aware of the cost of hearing aides. When I asked if I could try the hearing aides, she made me feel like I was putting her out. I am not sure how she thinks that I would buy without trying the product. When I mentioned the last time I was there and tried the hearing aides with background noise simulating a restaurant setting, she asked me if I could hear the heating unit. I will not be going back there nor will I be purchasing through them. This was a huge disappointment based on my previous experiences. I also sent a friend who went after me - read her review!!

  Efficient examinations, explanation Of hearing devices (lost my last one). Replacement in 2 days by accepting one of the devices in current inventory because zI need a rapid turn around. Very Pleased with the entire process. Thank you !
