I the hygienist are very unprofessional the way they talk to to there patients. Also there should be NO DOG in the office due to people who have allergies or even scared of dogs . I was told that it was an emotional support animal. In that case keep where there is no patient

I’m honestly disappointed by the lack of compassion shown during my sister’s recent visit. She brought my niece in to have her bracket fixed, and like many parents, she also had her teething baby with her—who was understandably fussy and crying. Instead of showing even a basic level of understanding, the staff chose to question her about the noise and ask if he was in pain, in a way that came across as judgmental rather than helpful. Any parent knows how stressful it already is to manage a crying, teething baby in public—adding unnecessary comments only makes it worse. A little empathy goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. No one expects special treatment, just basic kindness and professionalism. Do better.
