Today I was helped by Miranda at this store in Natick. She provided outstanding customer service and was extremely professional. She took the time to explain every part of the insoles and helped me understand how they would work with my shoes.
I was very satisfied with both the service and the product. The store is excellent, the products are high quality, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
My rating is 5 stars. Thank you, Miranda, for your exceptional service!

I took my mom to get a new pair of sneakers. Miranda patiently helped us find the perfect pair. She also took the time to teach us all about the arch support system and how to use the new orthotics we decided to purchase. My mom has issues with her feet, back, and hips so the proper footwear and orthotics will mean a lot.

Went to the Good feet store, Natick location, and spoke to Miranda and Amra, they’re both extremely kind, professional and helpful. Totally recommend the insoles sold here, especially since they measure your feet and get a custom fit for you. It’s worth the price even though it’s expensive because they’re lifetime warranty so every few years you get new ones at no charge. 5/5 product and experience. Thanks girls!!

Went to The Good Feet Store from a referral.
Met Karen, the assistant store manager, who was friendly, knowledgeable and took time to explain the orthotics.
Been medical and regular orthotics for years so know how it feels and functions.
In the end, bought the Essential Kit, the basic kit of 4 pairs of orthotics ~$2,000!
Testing out the past 3 days and it seems ok but.. the left orthotic for morning and day started to hurt my achilles heel area. Had to position the left orthotic as I didn't feel enough support.
But that also happens with my other orthotics. The doctors and lab techs say that you may not feel it as much, as feet are different from left and right, but it should provide the same support.
Will see how it goes during the break in period ~1~2 weeks.
The Essentials Kit costs a little over $2K, so prepare to pay for that as it comes with 4 orthotics which is expensive, ~$500/pair.
It’s Not even medical orthotics which are customized but general orthotics, which cost a little More but customized.
Generally, you need only buy 1 pair at a time but The Good Feet Store versions are meant to help people not used to wearing orthotics to break them in and your feet in over time.
You can purchase it using your HSA/FSA card.
Try them out but buy 1 pair of orthotics first.
Don't feel pressured to buy Brook sneakers which they're affiliated with to sell its shoes ~$175/pair. Overpriced!
Otherwise, see a podiatrist for customized orthotics.

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?

(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort.
