The return itself wasn’t an issue, but the customer service experience left me disappointed. When I explained that I wanted to return the glasses and was not happy with them, the store manager , Kevin L., responded with, “Just come right out and tell me what you want.” The comment came across as dismissive and made me feel like my transaction was an inconvenience rather than something he was willing to help with. To be fair, he may have simply been having an off day, but the interaction didn’t make me feel valued as a customer. Because of this experience, I don’t plan to return to this location. The Assistant Store Manager and Optician, however, were excellent when I visited to pick out the frames.

This was first lie/ bad experience I had then when I came to collect the glasses. I waited 2 hours to just collect glasses which I already paid money. When I entered to collect I was told someone will come attend you soon. No one came to attend for more than 15 mins. I went to ask then they told me it will take few min someone come get you. Then telling me go home and come some-other time to collect. Pathetic service.
