A very personable and competent optometrist saw the issue with the glasses immediately and proceeded to adjust with their specialized equipment and completely resolved the problem! This is excellent customer service, and I wasn’t even a customer! A very professional organization with excellent employees!

I walked in maybe 45 min before closing and was immediately greeted. After explaining my situation she told me "no promises, but I've seen worse cases before" Like I said, I walked in expecting to be turned away like I have been all day. Kalin Bae was the miracle worker. She took the glasses and after maybe 5 min of work made them brand new. Honestly, I dont see myself going to any other store from here on out for my vision needs. Thank you!
