  Our family had a wonderful experience with HomeWell Care Services. Our father had 2 primary caregivers at nighttime, who were kind, gentle, compassionate and never rushed our dad. Gwen and Priscilla cared for our dad overnight, and ensured he was comfortable, warm and safe. Their companionship and compassion truly made our dad's final months pleasant and peaceful. Danny, the owner was incredible to work with and would respond to emails and phone calls in real time. He ensures his staff members are qualified, professional and kind, and the entire HomeWell Care team was exceptional. I am in healthcare (an oncology nurse), and I have recommended HomeWell Care on multiple occasions. In addition to employing exceptional staff member, the online portal allowed our family to see our dad's progress. It allowed me to review how his nighttime experience was in real time. This helped streamline communication between the team and our family. We are grateful for HomeWell Care Services, and we know our dad felt comfortable and secure under their watch.

  My family recently used HomeWell Care Services for my elderly father for almost 7 weeks until his death. We heard about them through the VA and they quickly provided an initial meeting/intake at the rehab facility my Dad was in. HomeWell's management team is exception; from setting up care to managing the care team to communicating with family members. Our two health care aides were skilled and totally dependable. They were always there as scheduled and very involved. I was also impressed by how well they got to know my father and respected him in a relatively short period of time. After my Dad passed, Danny was in touch to discuss HomeWell and his care. He actively listened to my personal observations and suggestions for improvement. I highly recommend HomeWell.

  Last November, a nurse at Beth Israel-Deaconess Hospital recommended Homewell Care Services to my family when it became clear that we would need a companion in the house for my mother as she recovered from multiple infections. From the time that I called the office and spoke with Sala, who thoughtfully and thoroughly took in relevant information, and only slightly later spoke with Danny to arrange an informational meeting, and then very promptly met with Danny and Linda at my mother's house, the efficiency, honesty, decency, and kindness of this organization impressed me. Danny and Linda quickly found a companion for my mother, and this young woman exceeded all my expectations for a care-giver: well-spoken, with impeccable manners, very thoughtful, and incredibly pleasant and kind. Without any hesitation would I seek these services again for my mother, should she require additional help, and I highly recommend this organization. I had peace of mind knowing that this particular young woman, whom I found trustworthy and gentle, was with my mother as she regained her health.

  After my husband was released from an 8 week stint in hospital and rehab, he required 24/7 care for an additional month. HomeWell Care Services was very impressive in their responsiveness and the quality of their caregivers. They were skilled and professional, often going above and beyond in helping him with his OT and PT exercises which helped advance his recovery. We had a number of caregivers nd appreciated each of them. Management listened and adjusted care as needs shifted. We highly recommend HomeWell Care Services.

  HomeWell Care has been a lifesaver since our elderly mother suddenly needed 24 hour care. They have been there through many ups and downs as we adjusted the best caregivers to the challenges of allowing Mom to stay in her own apartment where she felt most comfortable. They consistently monitor every need and respond quickly. Thank you HomeWell Care!
