  We became clients of HomeWell Care Services when we needed additional support for our mom, who at the time was living in Independent Living in a local Senior Care Community. We know how important the right "fit" between client and caregiver is and the team at HomeWell did a remarkable job at finding that for us. They took the time to acquaint themselves with mom throughout the intake process and beyond and then worked with us to make adjustments as needed. Going above and beyond to communicate with us, provide feedback and always leading with doing what was best for mom. And they did this all during a busy holiday season and as my mom was transitioning to Assisted Living within the community. As anyone who cares for an aging parent knows, it takes a village. The HomeWell team became part of our village and we are forever thankful. Mom is now in a memory care community and while we no longer need additional support for mom, the HomeWell team is still part of our village. Her former caregiver and the team at HomeWell still check in with us and mom. My sisters and I always remark how so many parts of the health care system are challenging and difficult to navigate. That has not been our experience with HomeWell Care Services. It just works! We are so grateful.

  We reached out to Danny and his team at HOMEWELL Care services when we made the decision to switch home care companies due to lack of communication and follow through from our previous home care provider. We were a little nervous at first because of our previous experience, but from intake to when my father passed, we couldn't not have been happier with the care HOMEWELL's caregivers provided. We worked with Gladys who was competent, reliable, hardworking, funny and especially kind and caring. We never had to worry about my father when he was in Homewells care. The only regret I have is not switching to them sooner.

  I was so incredibly impressed by the care provided to my mother by HomeWell Care Services. They truly went above and beyond in every aspect of her care, providing not only full-time, live-in care, but also skilled nursing and, most importantly, an extraordinary level of compassion. My mother was 100 years old when she passed away, and knowing that she was in the best of hands gave me an incredible sense of comfort during an incredibly difficult time. From the very beginning, I was impressed by Danny, the owner, who spent a great deal of time with my family and me to truly understand my mother and help us find the right person to care for her. It was clear from our first meeting that this was more than simply a business to him—he genuinely cared about finding the right caregiver for my mom. Mary, her live-in caregiver, was absolutely incredible. She treated my mother with such kindness, dignity, patience, and love. I could see how much she cared for her, and that meant the world to me. Linda, the nurse, was equally wonderful. She was extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate, and I always felt confident knowing that she was looking after my mother. I will forever be grateful to Danny, Mary, Linda, and everyone at HomeWell for the exceptional care they provided to my mother. During one of the most difficult chapters of my life, they gave me something that was priceless—the peace of mind knowing that my mom was cared for with dignity, compassion, and love.

  Our family will forever be grateful to HomeWell Care Services for the care and compassion they showed my father and our family during the final days of his life. Losing a parent is one of the hardest experiences anyone can go through, and having someone there who truly cares makes an unimaginable time a little easier. From the bottom of our hearts, we especially want to thank Priscilla. She was so much more than someone providing care—she was a source of comfort, kindness, and reassurance when our family needed it most. Priscilla treated my father with such dignity, patience, and genuine compassion. She was incredibly caring and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and cared for. Knowing that someone so kind was there with him gave our family a sense of peace during a time filled with so much sadness. The kindness she showed our father and our family is something we will never forget. People like Priscilla are truly special, and we feel incredibly fortunate that she was part of our father’s final chapter. Thank you to HomeWell Care Services, and especially to Priscilla, for being there for our family when we needed it most. Your care meant more to us than words can express, and we will always carry that gratitude with us.

  My mother-in-law was a client of his and we had to stop services. My mother-in-law who is elderly has diabetes, anxiety and a lot of other health issues was confronted by Danny the owner of Home well care services Natick who decided to come to her house and come in her house and start asking for payment which she does not even handle.Was very disrespectful and Was asked to leave her house three times before he thought it was necessary to leave and then started to ask why does your granddaughter handle the finances what's wrong with your daughter. Danny says to My Mother-in-law her house is not too far from his office so he can walk over here anytime. So he left my mother-in-law very scared and her anxiety has gotten worst. we have contacted the police department and BBB but I don't recommend this establishment to nobody and if you have someone who's there please look into it very strongly. No one should ever be treated this way by anyone or any establishment. No one should feel scared or threatened in their own home.
