In the Natick location I was recently helped by Arielle, the manager. She was super helpful in selecting frames and choosing among lens variations. When I had minor problem with first set of glasses she cheerfully helped me with free replacement lenses. Now the Natick location will be closing and Arielle wilI be moving Chelmsford. I have found For Eyes to be an excellent low cost provider.

I had a really tough script for her to figure out trying to make work for my prescription sunglasses as well as some tricky insurance nuances. She was patient and super friendly all while balances the needs of another customer and the phone ringing every couple of minutes. We ended up getting exactly what I needed, at a great price.
