  I would hazard a guess that a lot of the bad reviews are from a previous group of either managers or employees. I've had my ups and downs in the past but for the last couple of years i've found them to be great, efficient, professional, friendly.

  Summary: This pharmacy regularly mishandles my prescriptions. The pharmacists are dismissive and can't seem to get things right. Here's my latest story: It took 3 tries to get my last prescription filled. I went to pick up 3 months worth of my prescription and they wouldn't give it to me. They said that my doctor only prescribed one month. I went home and called my doctor. They confirmed that they sent my prescription for 3 months and offered to call them. I then called my insurance company to make sure everything was in order. A week later I went back to the pharmacy and they refused to give me my prescription again. This time they said my insurance wouldn't pay for it, and were very dismissive. I went to the parking lot and called my insurance company and they said they had no idea why the pharmacy would say that and offered to call them. I went back to the counter and watched as my insurance company called the pharmacy. Only then did the pharmacist actually check and I heard her say "oh, it's going through today". Then they silently handed me my prescription. It shouldn't be this hard to get my medicine and be treated respectfully. It shouldn't be that hard to simply do your job.
