As I told I needed a repair, she cut me off before I was about to say that I wanted to order new eyewear. She said " We don't repair glassed that were purchased elsewhere" and went back to ;looking at her tablet device. So, I walked a few doors down and got the repair at the competitor and purchased two pairs.
