The store was very nicely set up and the associate I got to work with was extremely helpful and so nice! Will definitely only be buying my glasses here from now on!

Walked in got an eye exam right away and picked out a new pair of glasses. Out of Network - which is never pleasant, but am able to submit my invoice to VSP for some reumbursement.

Came in to make a glasses exchange. Was treated with zero respect by the store manager who made a return when I was on the phone searching for the promo code I used. She was incredibly unclear and when I voiced my concern that she had fully made the return without clarity on what she was doing, she began speaking condescendingly to me. She dismissed me and told me to get on the phone with customer service. I was left feeling very unwelcome and embarrassed. The other workers there were so kind in helping me after this experience with the store manager. Customer Service was also confused on why a return was made when a promo code was used, because it could have been transferred in the event of an exchange. I would opt to going to Natick location from now on.

The Millbury location provides excellent customer service! I arrived early to my appointment, and was taken early. Their frame selection is top-tier, and it was very easy to choose a frame, complete my appointment, and order the glasses.

Great products, but one customer service experience completely changed my perception of Warby Parker I’ve always had a favorable impression of Warby Parker, which is why this experience was so disappointing. After placing an order for prescription glasses, I decided I preferred a different frame. I contacted customer service and was told my original order had been placed on hold so I could return to the store and order the new frame without any issues. Based on that information, I went back to the store, selected a different frame, and completed a new order. Unfortunately, the original order had not actually been paused, and it was processed and shipped anyway. What should have been a simple frame change turned into multiple store visits, phone calls, and unnecessary confusion. The ordering mistake itself wasn’t what disappointed me most. Mistakes happen. What changed my opinion of the experience was my interaction with the area store manager while trying to resolve the issue. Up until that point, every Warby Parker employee I had interacted with had been courteous, patient, and genuinely helpful. In sharp contrast, I found this interaction unexpectedly confrontational and dismissive. The change in tone was so abrupt that it was genuinely jarring. I left the store feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and unwelcome as a customer. I recognize that others involved may remember the interaction differently, but this is honestly how I experienced it. It stood in stark contrast to every other interaction I had with Warby Parker. To the company’s credit, I escalated my concerns to the New England District Leader. He took the time to speak with me, reviewed the situation, and ultimately authorized a full refund. I appreciate that he listened, treated me professionally, and worked to resolve the financial aspect of the issue. That said, I still hope Warby Parker continues to improve communication between its customer service team and retail stores, because this entire situation appears to have started with an order that I was told had been placed on hold but ultimately was not. Overall, my experience was mixed. Pros: * Excellent frame selection. * High-quality lenses. * Helpful customer service representatives before the in-store incident. * A district leader who took the time to listen and resolve the refund. Cons: * Conflicting information about the status of my original order. * A resolution process that required far more time and effort than it should have. * An in-store interaction that, from my perspective, fell well below the level of professionalism I had experienced from every other Warby Parker employee. I’m sharing this not to discourage anyone from shopping at Warby Parker. In fact, I still believe they make excellent products. Rather, I hope my experience encourages the company to focus on consistency. A great product can be overshadowed by a single customer service interaction, and unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened in my case.
