  I’m so glad I finally got out of my head and tried Synergy Cycle. The staff is absolutely amazing, so welcoming and kind. They make an effort to know each member and create a wonderful sense of community. The classes are fun, supportive, and energetic. I was worried as someone new to spin that I would feel out of place but they made me feel so welcome. I never feel like I stand out if I’m not hitting the pace cues or need to slow down. Some people are doing their own thing, some have the numbers covered, some are hitting every cue, it doesn’t matter. I love that the ride can be whatever you need it to be that day. They celebrate milestones on and off the bike, it’s so supportive. Every instructor I’ve had so far is fantastic, but I highly recommend taking one of Kim’s classes.

  Came in for a charity event having never done a spin class before and had an absolute blast. The music was perfect, the energy in the room electric, and the whole vibe just made it easy to go all in even as a first-timer. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

  Every instructor/employee at Synergy make me feel so welcomed and like I can do anything! Sam always has the best attitude and can always make you laugh when you feel like you are about to give up! This place is like no other!

  I love all the instructors and cheering everyone on. I’ve lost weight and lowered my A1C while having fun!
