- JLJess LoughlinAug 1, 20251.0If I could rate this place in the negatives I would. I went for an eye exam last year and my prescription was completely inaccurate. Not only was the doctor ignorant but seemed to be uneducated as after 2 separate eye exams I was still given a prescription that has done nothing but strain my eye and discomfort me for the last year. If you have any other place to get ur eye exam done, I would highly suggest that.
- JSJeanne SandnerDec 21, 20211.0This place is not cheap. I got an eye exam about a month ago with new glasses. I wear a bifocal. I still can not read clearly for distance, the words are blurry. This should never happen with a new prescription. I would NOT recommend Pearle Vision at the loop for eye exam or eye glasses. I have no desire to go back to rectify the situation as this should never happen if people know what they are doing. Lesson learned. I won't use them again.

I spent an hour there to find out later when i went to pay that the girl was "new" and they dont stand up for what their representative stated while selling me glasses.. They wasted an hour of my time which i can not get back. She could have been watched or checked, but didnt. She snswered my simple questions w yes and no. Having no idea the answer. I will not be returning.
- JSJustin SabourinAug 9, 20131.0I thought the exam was ok, but the Dr. there only writes prescriptions for 1 year instead of 2, which I didn't realize until later. Obviously she's trying to make you come in more often. My insurance only lets me have an exam every 2 years, so now I'm stuck waiting a year so I don't have to pay out of pocket. I'll never go back there again. Go to someplace better.
