  Came in for an eye exam since my daily glasses broke and one of the front staff offered me frames for now til I get my new prescription glasses! So sweet and caring thank you so much!

  Easily the best eye-care experience I've had. The exam itself was quick and painless (literally and figuratively). I feel like the doctor--Dr. Liu--took the time to go over my exam and made me feel confident with the results. She took a picture of the inside of my eye and went over the image, so I knew what was what. Then, the store experience could not have been better. No pushy sales, and they didn't hold my prescription to make it look like I had to buy with them. I thought the contact were pricey, but, when I shopped around, they were the same as everyone else and better than some. Most important to me, the contacts I wanted were out of stock everywhere, so, when I ordered, the store manager gave me a twenty-day supply free of charge to cover me until my contacts came in. These guys are the best! No question. I wouldn't go anywhere else every again. I'm being genuinely honest when I say that. Shop them!

  Would not recommend, much better optical businesses in the area. This store offers no refunds, abysmal customer service, and they do not stand behind their products (remember, no refunds!)

  This was my first visit to a pearl vision entity. I was greated as I entered the establishment, the young lady swiftly took my in. The appointment wasn’t more than a half hour. Very quick and efficient. Dr. Liu answered all my questions. After my appointment, I had some unanswered questions and wasn’t completely sold on what I chosen. They allowed me to come back and switch out my pair for a new pair that suited me better. Very happy and will be coming back.

  I thought the exam was ok, but the Dr. there only writes prescriptions for 1 year instead of 2, which I didn't realize until later. Obviously she's trying to make you come in more often. My insurance only lets me have an exam every 2 years, so now I'm stuck waiting a year so I don't have to pay out of pocket. I'll never go back there again. Go to someplace better.
