Ava is skilled, has patience and thoroughness. Maybe it’s her skill with dance and cheer, her assisted stretching feels perfectly choreographed and flowing. She leads you through it and it makes you feel more relaxed and in tune with the stretch. My RA recently kicked in and I feel so relaxed. 👍👍

David is the best, he gets to specific issues but he takes a whole body approach too. He’s smart, funny, strong and easy to work with. He takes pride in making sure Ranger is ready for his demanding lacrosse and hockey schedule. Can’t go a week without it

Joseph took the time to take my call as my son was visiting the area for a college elite basketball camp and was in need of stretch & compression sessions. He spent time gathering information to prepare so that he could provide exactly what my son needed and then followed through with a very thorough treatment. Highly appreciate and recommend Joseph!
