He is professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure I found the right frames and that my glasses fit perfectly. He exemplifies exceptional customer service, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. It’s obvious that he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. Chandra Richardson, optician at Medford Optical, is also extremely helpful and patient when addressing patients’ eyewear needs and concerns. I am now a returning customer ten times over. I highly recommend Medford Optical to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service.

Although they are very busy, I wasn't rushed in any way and was treated like I was their most important client. I also appreciate the fact that they are still being very covid cautious and keeping the safety and well being of the staff and clients in the forefront. After three exams by 3 different eye doctors from 2 other places, and 4 sets of glasses made since April, the optician Dana, took one look at my glasses and knew immediately what was wrong. I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience I had and they now have a customer for life!!
