He is professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure I found the right frames and that my glasses fit perfectly. He exemplifies exceptional customer service, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. It’s obvious that he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. Chandra Richardson, optician at Medford Optical, is also extremely helpful and patient when addressing patients’ eyewear needs and concerns. I am now a returning customer ten times over. I highly recommend Medford Optical to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service.

Thank goodness for Chandra— it is clear that she has a million years of experience with pediatric optometry! Not only did she thoroughly and patiently explain things to us, she got our child focused and excited about her glasses! She’s amazing and made this experience so fun and enjoyable! Thank you to Chandra, and if anyone out there has a kid who needs glasses— I cannot see why you would take them anywhere else! (Yes that was an intentional vision pun… sorry)
