While routinely cleaning them, they snapped down the middle at the nose bridge. I visited this store and explained to them I got a lens replacement to these frames a few months prior and was asking if anything could be done to salvage these lenses. They were able to find my exact frames in the back, popped my lenses in, and I left with a pair of wearable glasses same day which I was not expecting. Not to mention how friendly and helpful the staff is at this store! I am very satisfied with my experience and will always buy my glasses here!
