I am not sure if all centers are same with Lowell , Plain street, but my schedule changed drastically and I couldn’t meet up with the training anymore. I asked to cancel and was charged $250 for the contract with the personal trainer! $250!!! Over the weekend I saw an alert on my account with BEST FITNESS and decided to go find out why. Not being satisfied with the explanation on the charge, I decided to cancel the membership also- to avoid any kind of future issues. I was told to pay $100 again! I asked why, and was told membership cancellation is 100 box! Unseriously? Best Fitness? For unreal?😡 Don’t get it twisted: Nich is a great guy. He offered all the help anyone can ever give someone else. If you plan to join, look out for Nich. He’s a great guy. As for the policy of the company, it’s heartless!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I guarantee you. 😭

Worse still, they continued to charge my card for six months after. I repeatedly tried calling them, but my calls were declined. When I finally got through, I spoke with a staff member named Miles, who was extremely rude and even insulted me personally. This entire process was completely unprofessional, and I would never recommend this place.”
