They got me a new frame and switched my lenses out. It was a swift and fast process. Did adjustments for me and made sure the fit was right. Would always recommend Warby Parker. Great prices and never a bad exsperiece in store. Five stars all the way!! You guys were my heros today!! Thank you so much!!!

I was allowed to look at the frames that I was interested without feeling pressure from any of sales associate. They took the time to make sure the frames looked the way I want. They also gave me suggestions which I ended up going with. I will definitely be back.
