He spent a real lot of time with me. Doing a comprehensive eye exam health exam very impressed. I’ve never had an eye exam like I did today. Dean was awesome over the top helping me pick out glasses. Best fit for me very comfortable. I would highly recommend this group made me feel very comfortable. Go check them out. Can’t forget the front desk. I am sorry I did not get her name very accommodating and on the ball. She juggled many hats. Kudos to her. Thank you all for making this a very calm and relaxing experience. Dr. Z was the bomb, made you feel extremely welcome. Thank you everyone.

I spent two weeks trying to contact them ahead of my appointment to make sure my insurance was accepted and to update my information, but I never received a response. I then showed up for my appointment, only to be told that my insurance wasn’t accepted. I understand that not every office accepts every insurance plan, but this could have been avoided if someone had simply responded to my calls beforehand. What made it worse was being told at the appointment that they had tried calling me that day. I never even received a missed call or voicemail from them. I was already frustrated after making the trip and wasting my time plus gas over something I had been trying to resolve before the appointment. The interaction at the front desk also felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive.

Picking out frames & lenses was the easy part, and I was done with that process in about 20-25 minutes. The rest of the time was spent waiting for my exam, a pre-test, post-test, and then waiting another 30-40 minutes after being dilated to be seen again. In my opinion, they are booking too many appointments at a time and not giving themselves time to finish with one client to then take the next, etc.
