  Great gym. I'd love to see them stay open later on the weekends & get an accurate thermometer in the sauna but otherwise a lovely place.

  LenoxFit is the real deal! I had to prepare for a physical fitness exam for a job opportunity and only had a month to do so. Sue jumped right on the opportunity and we got right to work without hesitation! With her help I crushed the expectations! The staff are always personable and friendly and provide a very inclusive space for all fitness levels! They also offer a great array of classes and I was able to start learning yoga for my active off days! If you are looking for a local gym or a place to stay on track while visiting the area this is the place to be! I can’t thank Sue and her staff enough for their dedication and welcoming environment at LenoxFit!

  The facility is well maintained and clean - I felt very safe visiting for a cryotherapy appointment. Sue is amazing, she makes you feel at home and safe and provides the very best hospitality. I cannot recommend this business enough.
