- KNKimberly Nong1 day ago4.0I tried power flow with Carmen. I enjoyed the sequence and pace of the poses. I always get a little disoriented when im not facing the same direction as the instructor. They cue the poses and do the opposite to mirror the class and my brain was not understanding that until after I left. I think that may be something personal to work on. But otherwise I love the studio. I usually go to the Assembly Row location, but since moving, Kingston is now closer to home. Carmen is warm and challenges you to balancing poses. She also encourages you to go at your own pace. I will definitely be back to try more classes.

You can rent mats, towels (free for your first class). They offer complimentary cooling, lavender-scented towelettes that take the edge off of the heated classes. I love Slow Flow, Signature Hot, Restore and Sculpt and Flow! — a beginner/intermediate yogi
