  I felt very welcomed when I first walked in and it lasted until I walked out the door. I enjoyed Sydney and Pam’s class so much I plan on buying the unlimited package after I take my last class on the intro package.

  The staff and instructors are super friendly and encouraging! The studio is very clean and inviting. The heated yoga sculpt class was great, the temperate was perfect, the instructor was clear, offered accommodations if needed, and the class was challenging in a good way! I will definitely be attending more classes.

  Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Yoga 6 in Kingston! Sydney’s flow had everything I could have asked for. Foundational poses with good transitions and delivered at a pace ideal for thoughtful mind body connection. Clear cues as well. I also enjoyed the lighting in the studio which created an environment conducive to inward focus. I will be returning.

  The teachers are great! High energy and great flows. As a yoga teacher myself, i tend to be kind of picky but would definitely choose yogasix if im looking for a good workout and to sweat! My only problem with the studio if it wasn’t for this it would be 5 stars, is the fact every class is heated. Sometimes it can be very suffocating and when i went to my first class i definitely wasn’t expecting it. So be prepared to be hot and sweaty lol!
