Everyone is incredibly helpful without being pushy, and incredibly nice, in a truly genuine way. I was easily sold on this place for reasons I cant even understand and I am not an easy sell!!!! Best of luck to them and I hope anyone who tries this has just as good an experience.

- LKLynn KauppJul 23, 20265.0As a teacher finding time to work out is a challenge. Yoga 6 had a fantastic deal for teachers for the summer and I jumped on it! Everyone is so welcoming and nice. It was what I needed this summer for both my mind and my body! I think I will have an easier transition back to school after practicing yoga.
- KNKimberly NongJul 9, 20264.0I tried power flow with Carmen. I enjoyed the sequence and pace of the poses. I always get a little disoriented when im not facing the same direction as the instructor. They cue the poses and do the opposite to mirror the class and my brain was not understanding that until after I left. I think that may be something personal to work on. But otherwise I love the studio. I usually go to the Assembly Row location, but since moving, Kingston is now closer to home. Carmen is warm and challenges you to balancing poses. She also encourages you to go at your own pace. I will definitely be back to try more classes.
