  This was my first (and last) visit to Dynamic Eye Care. As I was sitting in a chair waiting to be called, a woman came out, w/ a mask on, and said "Open your eyes and look up". she didn't introduce herself or say why she wanted me to open my eyes, she just put drops in my eyes. A fellow patient told me that the drops were necessary for the eye test.) She put the drops in my eyes and left. Later, when I was called in, she came over to me and told me to put my chin in a machine. I asked her who she was and essentially, what was going on. She then told me she was the doctor! It's very important that people introduce themselves and explain their protocol. This was outrageous.

  Dr.vo is outstanding! She can be very direct but I appreciate that. She is also warm and listens to patient questions and concerns. She is fantastic, highly recommended.

  Dr. Vo was so thorough and offered much needed advice. No past exam did as much testing. Best to listen to the eye doctor about what is best for your eyes. I am so glad that I switched to LensCrafters.
