  I have extremely poor service at this vision center. The doctor dilated my eyes while I was still in the store filling out my paperwork in the waiting area. She rushed through my entire exam, rushed me the results of my exam, and was very short and curt. In my opinion, she has no people skills, and I will not return to this vision center again, nor will I recommend it to anybody I know.

  This place is phenomenal. You get the utmost respect, courtesy, and professionalism. My exam is very thorough. When you leave here you feel great about your entire experience.

  Disappointed. The doctor would not give me my pupillary distance, which is an essential piece of information you need if you want to order glasses at any place besides LensCrafters. I do not have vision insurance so I paid out-of-pocket making this even more disappointing. Any other doctor I’ve ever been to for my eyes will give the pupillary distance.

  It was a quick and well-organized experience from start to finish. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions, ensuring everything was handled efficiently. Their helpful attitude and excellent customer service made the entire experience smooth and positive.
