First Warby Parker experience was exceptionally good. Found ideal sunglass frames within minutes from the very organized displays. Expert understanding of my insurance benefits saved me hundreds of dollars. I was also impressed with the care and attention their staff gave to another customer who was elderly and frail.

My experience at Warby ,as a first time customer was winderful. Being welcomed in a friendly manner by a young man who worked there was a positive . He was not pushy and asked me questions to fimd out what I was looking for and he made some helpful suggestions. I bought my first Warby Parker glasses today and will have them soon. Thank you

First visit to this new-ish location. Had eye exam and chose new frames. Very impressed with both the optometrist I saw as well as the retail staff. A terrific experience, and at what I feel is a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service My fiancée and I decided to give Warby Parker a try after hearing great things about the new Hyannis location and reading so many positive reviews online. Unfortunately, our experience was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. My fiancée had just got a new prescription from her eye doctor, and we went in fully prepared to purchase a new pair of frames and lenses along with a new pair of prescription sunglasses. We were genuinely excited to give Warby Parker our business. When we first walked in, there were four employees helping other customers, so we completely understood that they were busy. We had no problem waiting and walked around the store looking at frames while they finished helping people. The problem was that not a single employee acknowledged us. No greeting, no “we’ll be with you shortly,” nothing. After about 5–10 minutes, the other customers had left, and we were literally the only customers in the store. Despite that, we were still completely ignored. To make matters worse, two employees an older woman and a younger woman were standing there talking about what they were going to get to eat when they went on their break. That was essentially the only conversation happening in the store, while we were standing around trying to figure out where to even begin. Then another woman walked into the store, and one of those same employees immediately greeted her and told her that the optometrist, who was sitting at a computer finishing something up for a customer who had just left, would help her right away. That was the point where we had completely had enough. We had been standing there for several minutes, were the only customers in the store, and couldn't even get a simple acknowledgment. Yet someone else walks in and is immediately greeted and helped. We decided to leave and went across the street to Visionworks at the mall to see if we'd have better luck. The difference was night and day. They were also busy, and all of their employees were helping other customers, but we were greeted immediately and acknowledged as soon as we walked through the door. Someone let us know they would be with us shortly, and we were helped almost immediately after that. I try to be very understanding when businesses are busy, and I don't expect employees to drop everything the moment someone walks through the door. But there is a huge difference between being busy and completely ignoring the only customers in your store. We went into Warby Parker expecting the great experience we had heard so much about. Unfortunately, we walked out extremely disappointed and most likely will never return.

Welcoming staff made the process extremely smooth to get an eye test and frames in the same day. Appreciate the help throughout and would definitely recommend anyone in search to update their prescription to visit their Hyannis location! Will definitely return if my glasses break down the middle again!
