Tried to report it, but apparently that is impossible, as the town referred me to the AG, then the AG just rerouted me to several different departments, then I just gave up. What I saw was an open used sharps container kept at a level that a small child could reach it and sharps left out.

I cant say enough about them. We've been receiving treatment for a year and our symptoms while severe, are improving with every visit.
