Darcy takes the time to really listen and is incredibly patient, making sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed. She carefully adjusts hearing aids so they are comfortable and working properly, and she doesn’t rush the process. What I appreciated most is that she makes sure you’re completely set before you leave and schedules follow-ups to ensure everything continues to work well. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and wants the best outcome for them. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated audiologist, I highly recommend her.
