But another sales rep sold me frames that were not the ones I ordered and spend a lot of time trying to convince me that they were. In the meantime, I saw him sell the exact frames I had ordered to someone else.And then suddenly , those frames were missing from the display shelves and no longer available. Also , conveniently , there was nothing for me to show him that he was wrong and show him the frames that I did order. He kept trying to tell me I was wrong about what I ordered and then basically shooed me out of the store saying I can return them within thirty days. Then when I tried to call to say that I'm sure that these are not the right frames cause my spouse also said they are not, I found out that you can't get ahold of them and that you have to wait 2 days if you want to get a call back, maybe if you happen.To be by your phone when they call. So I send a letter and said , I want to full refund. That sales rep pulled a bait and switch on me.
