Warby Parker’s has a great selection of frames and sunglasses frames. They have a decent selection of colors within each frame as well. Great customer service as well!

The staff is super nice. Not pushy. So many great choices! And the team member said he loved my "Desperately Seeking Susan" t shirt!

Don’t waste your time!! The optician takes a lunch break every day, but they can choose whenever they want to do it, so there is no way to predict when they are unavailable. There is no way to call the stores location, only an 800 number for Warby Parker, so there is no way to check to see if the optician is available before you arrive. While this is a bad policy and not the fault of the employees, I’ve had to visit twice and have witnessed other customers expressing frustration over the difficulty of this awful model. The employees are understandably jaded and therefore snarky about it. One told me “I just tell people not to come anytime in the afternoon” and scoffed when I asked if there was a way to call the store’s location. I feel bad for employees and customers alike. Nobody wins with this business model.

This was my first time in a Warby Parker store so I'm not sure of the procedure when it comes to trying/buying glasses. I brought my child in for their first glasses. It was busy for a Tuesday afternoon and nobody greeted or acknowledged the two of us when we entered. I attempted to find children's frames independently, but could not find any on display. I caught a male employee to quickly ask which direction to look and he did take a moment to walk me to the back and tell me to look for "Narrow" label on shelves.
The store quieted down and eventually, a female employee asked if we were all set. When I told her nobody has spoken to us still, she was very surprised! I suppose most customers receive better attention and we were just overlooked for some reason. Anyways, she was the best. Very caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would give the store a lower rating if not for her.
