- LDLaura DaSilvaAug 29, 20261.0Very disappointing experience with communication and reliability. I booked an 8:00 AM intro class, completed the waiver, and confirmed via text the day before. When my group and other clients arrived 10 minutes early, the studio was completely locked with no staff on site. We waited outside for over 30 minutes before having to call a different Club Pilates location to find out what was happening. Only then did we learn the class had been canceled due to the instructor being sick. While emergencies happen, not sending any text or email to notify clients is unacceptable, especially when people rearranged work schedules and drove in from out of town. Very frustrating lack of communication.

Pilates reformer is expensive but Club Pilates offers a more affordable option . Hingham location it’s a friendly studio always open to the members suggestions to improve. From the manager, instructors to the front desk staff, everyone is so welcoming and nice!
