Following a cardiac event or cardiovascular surgery, your physician will likely recommend cardiac rehabilitation to help you in your recovery. Cape Cod Healthcare’s 12-week Cardiac Rehabilitation program is part of our continuum of care, following you from diagnosis through recovery. At our Cardiac Rehabilitation location in Falmouth MA, under the guidance of cardiologist and cardiac nurses, our cardiac rehab specialists will work with you to develop a rehabilitation program customized to meet your unique needs. Program services include: personalized exercise programs; education classes to learn about medications, stress management and warning signs of future heart trouble; dietary guidance from a nutritionist; access to a psychologist to prevent or manage depression and anxiety; and more.
