Everyone is always so kind, accommodating, and helpful, and even something as simple as a cleaning is always such an easy, comfortable experience. But my recent experience with Dr. Medeiros really deserves a shoutout. I had a crown done by another dentist several years ago that I had always been extremely self-conscious about. You could see a dark gray line around it, it always felt a little loose, food would constantly get stuck, and honestly, it was just something I hated every time I looked at it. When I mentioned it to Dr. Medeiros, he didn’t brush it off or tell me to live with it. He listened, set everything up, and made the entire process so incredibly easy. I was in and out in less than two hours, with no temporary crown and no running back and forth for multiple appointments. Everything was done right there in the office, and the result is AMAZING. I actually left looking at my smile thinking, “Why didn’t I do this sooner?!” 😂 I feel so much more confident, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. A huge thank you to Dr. Medeiros and the entire True Dental team for not only doing an incredible job, but for making me feel heard, comfortable, and taken care of from start to finish.
