  I been taking my son here since he was born and they are truly great BUT apparently they will Be changing policies soon or so the doctor told me and I got told I was better off getting a new pediatrician if I was gonna wait or push certain vaccines. I’m writing this because as I’m looking for a pediatrician that will be ok with me as a parent making my choice it tells me that this place is okay with that which is not. I’m certainly struggling now to find a good pediatrician for my son because they are asking for certain other insurance which I don’t have or can afford and that’s is making this a really bad experience for us. I appreciate the time but won’t be taking my son anymore here or any kid I have , not every parent want to fill their kids with 14+ vaccines and that’s is and should be a choice that doctors should be able to accept.

  I love Dr. Chris Diaz. He’s been my sons doctor since birth he is now 9 months old we love this office glad we found it!

  My 7yr old is a patient of Neil Nordstroms for about two years now, and we have had only the MOST wonderful experiences at both the East Longmeadow and Wilbraham offices. Every single member of the staff is kind, completely on point and go out of the way to put my son at ease -and really make him feel like he’s a part of their team (which gets him to cooperate SO well through the ‘tough stuff!’) Thank you all immensely. We’d be quite lost without you!

  Never post reviews but after a couple of frustrating years of similar incidents post COVID with this group need to warn parents. Avoid this office. Unreliable medical assessments. Repeatedly overcharge. Last visit said they would not see without our son without a flu test even though we said it was not the flu but bronchial congestion. On third visit the Physician Assistant we were seeing final diagnosis was pneumonia. Now insurance company won’t pay for the flu test they mandated and the office sent letter stating we will not have access to another appointment until we settle the bill with them.
