  Mark has been helping me on and off for the past four years. Each visit leaves me with a deeper understanding of my body's anatomy and how my broken leg affected my feet and overall alignment. Mark’s calm nature, combined with his laser focus on targeted adjustments and stretching, has been essential to my recovery. He is incredible at what he does, and I can’t recommend his care enough!

  I called Mark and explained that I was in pain and could not walk without limping due to my left knee. He gave me an appt right away and said he could help me. After just a few P.T. Sessions I could walk short distances without pain or limping. He advised me to get fitted for orthotics and that would correct my knee problem. Well he was right. My orthotics are great! And I am back to my walking routine with no pain. Mark is extremely knowledgeable In what he can do for you. You can always trust him to give honest advice. I would highly recommend Mark for any P.T need you might have.

  Dear Mark: Thank you for my orthotics. These orthotics have been miraculous and game changing for me. I am a 65 year old athlete and have been working out for 30+ years. I also have used other orthotics in the past and yours keep me in the game. My old injuries are in the past. I am extremely grateful to have you as my trainer. I plan on wearing these for life.   Mark is more than just a physical therapist. He cares for you as a person, and he takes the extra time to figure out how to solve the problem. That's what he did for me, and I will be eternally grateful.

  About 1 1/2 years after surgery for Meniscus tears I was still experiencing lots of pain and was unable to walk in sneakers for more than 10 minutes without pain and a limp. Mark was able to diagnose what was causing the pain and instability in my knee during my 1st visit! Mark suggested taping my feet to see if it made a difference and the difference was immediately noticeable. After a couple of visits where Mark would tape my feet he recommended custom orthotics. The orthotics made a huge difference in my ability to walk and they began to lessen the pain and discomfort in my knee right away. I have now been wearing the orthotics in my sneakers for about a month and I am walking pain free. I was even able to play pickleball last week for the first time in years. I highly recommend Powicki Physical Therapy. Mark is a true professional and I credit his knowledge and expertise in getting me back to being able to do the activities that I enjoy! Ilyssa Grant
