  Dear Mark: Thank you for my orthotics. These orthotics have been miraculous and game changing for me. I am a 65 year old athlete and have been working out for 30+ years. I also have used other orthotics in the past and yours keep me in the game. My old injuries are in the past. I am extremely grateful to have you as my trainer. I plan on wearing these for life.   Mark is more than just a physical therapist. He cares for you as a person, and he takes the extra time to figure out how to solve the problem. That's what he did for me, and I will be eternally grateful.

  About 1 1/2 years after surgery for Meniscus tears I was still experiencing lots of pain and was unable to walk in sneakers for more than 10 minutes without pain and a limp. Mark was able to diagnose what was causing the pain and instability in my knee during my 1st visit! Mark suggested taping my feet to see if it made a difference and the difference was immediately noticeable. After a couple of visits where Mark would tape my feet he recommended custom orthotics. The orthotics made a huge difference in my ability to walk and they began to lessen the pain and discomfort in my knee right away. I have now been wearing the orthotics in my sneakers for about a month and I am walking pain free. I was even able to play pickleball last week for the first time in years. I highly recommend Powicki Physical Therapy. Mark is a true professional and I credit his knowledge and expertise in getting me back to being able to do the activities that I enjoy! Ilyssa Grant

  After a myriad of specialists, orthopedists, podiatrists, acupuncturists, chiropractors and 4 rounds of physical therapy where i was told there was nothing more to be done to help correct this limp that has stopped me from running, i went to Mark. In the intial phone call i felt heard, he understood and listened to my concerns. He saw me almost immediately. The first visit he explained how he would work my injury and his comment, "You're totally fixable", i cannot give enough thanks to Mark. He has given me the tools ro help me regain my balance and mobility and the hope that I will get that Ultra under me belt this year. Do not hesitate to see him, he's amazing!!!

  I went to him 5 times with a shoulder that had very bad mobility. After my third session it was completely back to normal. I recommend him to everyone!
