The issue today is that we stopped in and neither of the two people on staff could help with frame adjustment as they have in the past. Apparently there must be an “optician” there to oversee frame adjustments, even if they do not it do themselves. So, if you need a frame adjustment (they can get a bit askew over time) CALL AHEAD! : )

- CLChristina LynchAug 9, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The greeter was coarse and not hospitable. I expressed that I simply needed the glasses that I received from Warby Parker the prior week to be tightened, he conveyed that it would be 15 minutes and they would text me when ready. This was totally fine! I shopped for 30 minutes as I patiently waited for the text. I popped in to the store after 30 minutes and warmly inquired if they were ready. The same employee was rude and simply said, no - we will text when ready. While I felt a bit annoyed, I was agreeable to the associate and shopped for another 30 minutes. No text. I pop in again (1 hour after I was initially told it was 15 minutes) and the same rude employee says, we’re very busy - you’ll need to keep waiting. I left. And I will never return to this location. 2 1/2 hours later (!), I receive the text that they are ready to tighten my frames! This service - and particularly this employee’s rudeness was disappointing & unacceptable after I paid $1k in glasses and simply wanted to ensure a good fit - which would take 5 minutes!! I’m happy to describe the employee if Warby Parker contacts me as he did not represent the experience well. I’ll just go to my optometrist to fit my glasses.
