  Dr. Muler is fantastic! I've been to various eye doctors and she is truly one of the best. She was very efficient, but took the time to really think out (and hear me), and I ended up with exactly what I needed. I have some complicated prescription needs, and not only did she handle those but she suggested options I hadn't thought of. I am grateful.

  Doctor was fine but the experience was terrible. The male staff was very upset that I didn’t want to shop for glasses that same day. The customer service got worse after that. He just got up and left. Additionally, i went in for a contact lens exam and was sent out with my contacts in, no container or solution or next steps. I was also pretty sure they said I would be sent out with some trials until my actual contacts came in but I was not given those either. I also never received a copy of my prescriptions. Overall, terrible experience. Will not be going back for a follow up and will not be spending my money on contacts or glasses there. Upon seeing other reviews, I wonder if it was the same male staff that people are complaining about from years ago… if so, this should really be evaluated.

  When you first walk in no one greets you. A woman literally told me to stand in the corner. Then she proceeded to tell me how it is my fault they had no idea what my insurance was although I ashtray knew i did not have eye insurance and planned to pay for the exam out of pocket. Then the doctor just stood on the other side of the store until I figured out she was ready for me. Without introducing herself she told me to sit in a chair and started firing questions. Again there was this akward moment where she was telling me I did not have eye insurance which of greeted properly I would have already established that I knew that and planned to pay for the eye exam myself. The fictitious seemed to rush through my exam. What got them 3 stars instead of 2 was the fact that the doctor was at least very educated and have me alot of feedback about my eyes and what would work best for me. Also although I did not buy frames( I don't spend money where there is poor customer service) the young man who checked me out and made a copy of my eye prescription was nice. He seemed to be the only normal person working there.
