Paid for the contact class in which the doctor was visibly annoyed and did not teach him. When my daughter got contacts they tried several types and kept her there until she could take them in and out.

- JWJackie WileyNov 26, 20213.0A resolved issue: one of the two store staff (not including the optometrist) were not aware of the full contents of the Pearle Vision website and its promotions. The other staff member de-escalated the situation well. I’m happy with the outcome, but let’s ALL make sure we know the promotions. An unresolved issue: Dr. Wu needs to make sure they are setting expectations for each patient. For example: it’s courteous to warn me before a machine is going to blow air into my eyeball. When I asked the doctor to please let me know things like this in the future, they said “you’ve never had an eye exam?” Whether I had or I hadn’t, the correct response would’ve been to say “whoops! Sorry about that!” so that I don’t feel a lack of respect.
