  Dr. Demetroulakos was on time, polite, and didn't seem annoyed with my questions. He didn't rush out of the room. He is clearly an expert in his field and I felt very comfortable with him.

  My appointment was on time and Dr. Demetroulakos explained the process to me and provided me with information to make an appointment. Everyone in the office treated me very professionally.

  Dr.Camilon is wonderful, he is so personable and knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer any questions you may have and doesn’t rush out the door, explains things so you can understand. I highly recommend him to anyone.

  I had a surgery done at North Shore. I visited and got treatment at another ENT center before this. BIG DIFFERENCE!! I found people working at North shore, starting from taking a consult appointment, insurance coordinators, schedulers all the way to clinical staff/ nurses and surgeons, everyone are very professional warm and easy to be around. Special thanks to Dr Chrzanowski, Felicia (i should have sent her flowers to go above and beyond to fix an issue with my insurance), Julie my post op PA. I am a surgeon myself, I understand this level of patient care does not come easy. I appreciate every member of the team to make this a smooth comfortable experience for me. Beat wishes.

  Terrible place. The receptionist is beyond rude and disrespectful. I tried to make an appointment and she cut me off saying I needed a referral from my primary which, 1. I don't, as I have a PPO and 2. They already had the referral, she was just too lazy to check. She refused to schedule an appointment for me and I've tried to call back multiple times and left messages and no one will return my call. I was reaching out for HELP with what is going on with me and she didn't care one bit. I will not be going to this place - and after reading previous reviews I think I have made a good decision.
