I made her aware I was going out of the country for 3 weeks and need my eyes. Paid for expedited shipping, received wrong order. Now 4 days since we reordered the supposed correct ones and they're still pending verification. Waste of money, time, and effort. Leaving for my trip with no eyes. Avoid places that prioritize inclusivity over a job well done.

However, the representative was able to find me an appt at 11am at their Chestnut Hill location which was a blessing in disguise. Dr. Rondon Kluge was absolutely amazing. She went up and beyond to ensure I received the correct prescription and proper eye wear I need. I never even heard of computer glasses until she explained it and since I'm on my laptop a lot, it's a game changer. I can be critical in regards of service, so when I say they did a great job, they did amazing. From the representative to the technician, and the eye doctor, everyone was so kind, patient and knowledgeable, and made us feel welcomed. Thank you again!
