  My kids have gone here since they were born mind you I have 5 . We left for 3 months due to moving ended up moving back to the area I called to see if they could sign my kids back up they said they had to ask someone . So they called me back said everything was all set and that they remember my kids and were good to go . I wait a few days because they said they would call me back to book an appointment nobody called . I called today they said they never called me and they don’t accept wellsense anymore . It’s very unprofessional that they have no record of the call or anything now I’m a trying to find anew

  The worst medical office I've ever had to deal with in my life. Rude and incompetent office staff who can't manage to return calls or follow through on simple tasks. I honestly don't know how they have any patients. Stay away....

  I AM TIRED OF THIS PRACTICE. THEY ARE RACIST THEY NEVER UNDERSTAND MY ENGLISH WHEN I NEED A REFERRAL OR SET UP APPOINTMENT. THEY HAVE A GAY RECEPTIONIST WHO WAS RUDE WITH ME ( I DONT HAVE ANYTHING AGAINST GAYS). BUT THE ONE THEY HAVE DOESNT ALLOW EVEN TALK. THEIR REFERRAL DEPARTMENT IS THE WORSE CAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWERED PHONE CALLS. I LEFT 3 VOICEMAILS AND NEVER RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. ALSO YOU NEVER SEE A DOCTOR ONLY NUTSE PRACTITIONERS WHO DONT HAVE EXPERIENCE!!
