  I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Specially Jhen at reception was very helpful with my insurance details. Doctor PTAK took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The office was very clean and organized, and the care I received was excellent. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the genuine concern for my dental health. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for quality care and a positive experience. ( Lobo ).

  I came to APX Endodontics after my general dentist warned me that tooth #31 might need to be extracted. From the very first contact, the team's responsiveness was remarkable. Within just a few days, I had gone through the initial consultation, CBCT imaging, and the root canal procedure itself, all in under a week. Every step of the way, Dr. Ptak and her staff patiently answered my many questions, never making me feel rushed or dismissed. The facility is clearly state-of-the-art. CBCT imaging, ZEISS microscopes, laser technology etc. but what stood out even more was how the team made all of this feel approachable and human. Everyone I encountered was professional, warm, and genuinely caring. Dr. Ptak's technique during the procedure was exceptional. I felt virtually no pain throughout - something I honestly didn't expect from a root canal. The outcome exceeded all my expectations, my tooth was saved, when extraction had been on the table. I feel genuinely fortunate to have found Dr. Ptak. I hope this is my last root canal, but if I ever need another, there's no question where I'm going. I only wish she practiced general dentistry too! Highly recommended without reservation.

  Dr. Ptak and the APX endodontics team was absolutely amazing! I didn't know root canal retreatment could be a fun experience, but here we are. I would use this office again should the need for endodontic treatment arise. 10/10.
