- KKKKMay 1, 20265.0My visit to Warby Parker Burlington was excellent! I have multiple pairs of WP prescription sunglasses and eyeglasses but this was my first visit to try out contact lenses. The staff and the optician were very helpful in assisting me with the whole process.
- ASAmanda StephensApr 25, 20262.0TRIPLE CHECK THE ASSOCIATE DOES THE CORRECT ORDER WHEN ORDERING IN STORE. My husband's glasses broke so he went in-store to pick a new pair and get them ordered. The associate who helped him did not order the right size (which we did not find out until the glasses were delivered and clearly too small) he also did not click the button for the High-Index lenses which delayed the glasses by a week because no one at Warby Parker reached out. When we went back in to get the glasses re-ordered, because again they are in the wrong size (narrow vs. wide), there was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation other than just to re-order with standard shipping. It was three weeks for the first pair to come in and now he has to live with broken glasses for another two weeks because of this associate's error. Very disappointed by the customer service at this store.
