- YPYohanny Perez2 days ago1.0If I could put zero starts I would. Terrible customer service. They sold me a pair of sunglasses that had a stain on the glass and when I first saw them I thought it was just dirty so I was going to clean it at home. Well when I got home and tried cleaning them it wouldn’t come off so I realized it was a stain. When I went to the place that sold them to me I kindly asked them if they had something to remove it with or if I could get a replacement. Which to their response was no because it was “used” mind you the ticket and everything was still on it. Why would I wear glasses with everything on it. But it wasn’t any sort of no she gave me so much attitude for no reason like if it isn’t their fault that they are selling stained sun glasses. The only people who work there that actually aren’t rude is the two ladies that speak Spanish. The rest are extremely rude and don’t know how to talk to people.

The staff was friendly and professional as well as helpful! The whole process was efficient, and I left with a new prescription, several days of starter lenses and support from the staff to help order my new prescription.
