  I’ve had great experiences over the years for all my eye care needs, whether it was an eye exam, getting my prescription glasses or having them adjusted. The team was always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!

  TLDR: Took them 3 months to make a pair of glasses. Just simple lenses. Not even bifocals. Nice employed at the location though. That’s what got them 3 stars

  My daughter was so lucky to get an emergency appointment and to be examined by Dr. Patel. He was thorough and clearly communicated what was going on with my daughter’s sudden vision loss. He sent us directly to a specialist and this helped saved my daughter’s eyesight as she has a rare condition that left untreated could have caused permanent vision loss. This Pearle Vision is a very clean and relaxing store with a wide array of styles. All the people working there are courteous, kind, and empathetic. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. I’ll be switching all of us to the care of this Pearle. Thank you.

  I am extremely disappointed and honestly shaken by my experience with this practice. After my son posted a negative review, I received a phone call from the owner, during which I was yelled at and pressured to have the review taken down. This was completely unprofessional and inappropriate.  I had to hang up on the owner. This is my very first time writing a review, but I feel it needs to be done. As a patient (and parent), I should never feel intimidated or unsafe by a medical provider. The tone of the call was aggressive and unsettling, and it left me feeling very uncomfortable. It is alarming to think that an owner of a medical practice would handle feedback in this manner rather than addressing concerns respectfully and professionally. Prior to this, we were patients of Dr. Levine for over 10 years and never had a single issue. Our experiences there were always positive, respectful, and patient-centered. Unfortunately, this new practice is the complete opposite. After reading other reviews, it seems we are not alone in having a poor experience since the transition from Dr. Levine’s care. That is very disappointing, especially given the high standard that was previously set. I would not recommend this practice to others. Professionalism, respect, and patient trust are essential in healthcare, and this experience fell far short. I truly believe Dr. Levine would be saddened to know this is how patients are being treated now.

  Poor experience switching over from previous owner. Appointment costs tripled and they will not give sample contacts between needing contacts and ordering elsewhere. Was with previous owners for 10 years and 2 years with new practice. Very frustrating. Stuck without contacts while traveling. Very cheap and poorly run.
