The store was fairly busy, but Tim took his time making sure my glasses fit comfortably. He explained each step of the process and checked the fit thoroughly. He even encouraged me to walk around the mall a bit to test out the adjustment instead of rushing to make a decision. It’s clear he really cares, and my glasses fit so much better now! Adjusting to new glasses is always difficult for me, but Tim made the process much easier. I’ll definitely start here next time!
