During the initial visit, I met with Darren who was EXTREMELY helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He helped set me up w/a phenomenal pair of Brooks Brothers frames. What made the experience that much better was not long after buying the glasses….I ran into an issue and needed to go back into the store. That’s when I met Surangel (hope that’s the correct spelling). She (and Darren) were extremely gracious with helping me navigate the process of getting my glasses repaired. It’s very difficult to find good employees nowadays….the folks at For Eyes should feel very blessed knowing they have ppl like this dealing with customers.
