Over the past 15 years, I’ve been to at least six different optometrists and glasses stores, and this was easily the most positive experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative. Dr. Kim gave me the most thorough and well-explained eye exam I’ve ever had. She took her time, answered all of my questions, and I never felt rushed during the appointment. I especially appreciated that she encouraged me to try sample contacts first instead of pressuring me to place an order that same day. After the exam, the front desk staff also helped me order contacts and glasses and made sure I was getting the best deal possible. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional care and customer service!

I was greeted by Amanda and she was so helpful explaining to me how to fill out forms and how to contact my insurance to ask for a reimbursement of the exam cost. Dr. Kim was quick and efficient in her eye exam, making sure that my prescription was promptly updated. Ken was very kind and professional in helping me try on frames that fit my face shape, as well as ensuring that I got personalized attention and great discounts on not only a new pair of progressive (bifocal) glasses, but also beautiful prescription sunglasses! I am so impressed that I will be referring this location to friends and family. I can't wait for my new glasses and sunglasses to come in! :)
