She most graciously helped me and refused to charge me for the service. Being in the service industry I can appreciate quality but mostly genuine and from the heart service. I will be getting my next pair from Devon mostly that they had a couple very nice ones and one that I really like.
- JSJuveria SalehaDec 3, 20252.0I ordered Vogue prescription sunglasses from this optical store and, unfortunately, the size has been an issue from day one. They look and feel more like a size L. I wear a hijab, and at first I managed, so I didn’t notice the problem right away. But now, especially when I wear a looser hijab, the sunglasses slip off very easily—even while driving. It feels like I was handed a product that wasn’t the right fit, which is disappointing. I don’t understand why the store handed over the wrong size, especially when proper fitting is so important for sunglasses. It’s frustrating because the product doesn’t fit well at all, and I’ve become increasingly dissatisfied with it over time. I expected better attention to detail when selecting the right size for customers. Aside from this sizing issue, everything else about the store and service was good.

They were attentive but not pushy from the moment I walked in to look around. I was able to obtain an appointment for an exam with Dr. Bergus right away. Dr. Bergus provided explanations when requested. Kia was very helpful in choosing the correct frame and alignment for my new progressives.She even provided cleaning tips I'd never heard before in the years of wearing glasses since age ten. I appreciate all of their help. I would love to mention all by name but, they really worked as a team to take care of numerous customers. I will be returning for my future glasses.
