- BBBrenda BarrowsAug 6, 20241.0Not satisfied. I received a flyer in the mail for free hearing test. Made the appointment and sat with first person and was asked “what can I do for you”. I said based on the flyer I came for a free testing. Then the rude questions started. The tone of their questions was rude. I never had the finances to get the hearing aids. When asked how long have I had tinnitus in my ear I told them since I was 15 years old but was never told about hearing aids. The doctor went and got Mr Paul Beckner who did the testing. Before the testing they said to me. “You had tinnitus all this time and never WANTED to do anything about it “. I told them I never had the finances. They asked if I worked, how old am I, and if I could afford a certain amount a month. I asked how much are the hearing aids but could never get a straight answer from them. I finally received a hearing test and when I asked for a copy of the test Beckner was reluctant to give me one but finally did. At first he had a problem with his computer so I asked him to just make a copy on his copy machine , it would be faster but because he had notes on it he didn’t want his notes to show on it. I told him I was only going to give it to my pcp but he acted very annoyed. I’ve gone for hearing test before and was never treated so rudely as I was at the Brockton location
