Since this was my first time purchasing prescription glasses, I was feeling a bit anxious, but she immediately put me at ease. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. The store was clean, well organized, and the staff worked together seamlessly to provide great customer service. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and communicated well with one another, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
